'Wonder Woman of the Day': Jessie-TR

Our latest Wonder Woman of the Day cosplayer is the very talented Jessie TR (known as Jessica Moreno to mere mortals) for a great photo shoot in her hand-made Wonder Woman costume. Like a lot of fans, Wonder Woman was a source of inspiration for her strength and nobility as a powerful Amazon princess for Jessie. The creative Brazilian talent imported material to complete her vision using aspects of different iterations of Diana of Themyscira. The result is a regal and elegant warrior interpretation with sword and shield at the ready. Check out the beautiful images below:

The disappearance of Flash during the crisis, the brighter suit, the byline of an Iris West-Allen and the reveal of the A.I. operating system, Gideon, that it was built by future Barry all take place before the opening credits. And just like that, 'The Trap' is off and running.

Vikings Review (S3E10): 'The Dead' Season Finale

Season three of Vikings is in the books and it’s probably the most problematic season thus far. Perhaps, it’s a victim of our own expectations and projected ideals of what a conquering group of Norsemen should be. Or it’s what we’ve been led to believe about these warriors from the sometimes scattered mind of creator Michael Hirst. I mean, we want Ragnar and company to triumph against all odds and bring stodgy, entitled royalty to their knees but it seems Hirst is beginning to underestimate the intelligence of his audience. From putting his most dynamic characters in the background to languishing storylines of the royals, season three was a mixed bag that treaded too often into the mundane and robbed us of the Vikings we wanted to see more of.

The Flash Review (S1E19): 'Who is Harrison Wells?'

'Who is Harrison Wells?' is the title of episode nineteen and for viewers that question is easy to answer. Not so much for our beloved characters of The Flash. Joe and Cisco continue their investigation and it leads to another crossover in Starling City with Captain Lance. Caitlin isn't so convinced of her mentor's guilt, but Barry is determined to prove it. Meanwhile, there's a shape-shifter  running around Central City. It's a great set-up episode with a killer cliffhanger.

REVIEW: 'Postal' #3 by Matt Hawkins, Bryan Edward Hill and Isaac Goodhart

I’ve been comparing Postal to a more malevolent Twin Peaks and it’s hard not to in a town of dubious characters trying to hide from shady pasts. In the middle of it all is Mark, whose Asperger’s syndrome has been an asset in separating the truth from the BS, and he’s about to uncover more than he bargained for. In comics, issue three’s can be pretty significant turning points. Sometimes the story arc can crash and burn with a false move but that’s not the case with Postal #3. Instead, Postal #3 just provided some incredible reveals and a twist that will knock your socks off.

REVIEW: 'The Black Hood' #3 by Duane Swierczynski and Michael Gaydos

The Black Hood has already set the stage for gritty, dark themed crime stories so finding comparisons to the smash Netflix series, Daredevil, wouldn't be a stretch but Greg Hettinger is a little more tortured than even Matt Murdock. In issue three though, this man in the mask is shaking things up while finding his soul again.

REVIEW: 'Chrononauts' #2 by Mark Millar and Sean Murphy

The tonal shift in Chrononauts #2 by Mark Millar and Sean Murphy will either have you on board for the long haul or looking for the exit. In Millar fashion, things get outlandish and while it's fun and even exhilarating, logic has been lost in time.
