REVIEW: 'Roche Limit Clandestiny' #4 by Michael Moreci, Kyle Charles and Matt Battaglia

★★★★☆(4/5)
Michael Moreci and Kyle Charles are closing out 'Roche Limit Clandestiny' in style. It's only the penultimate issue, but the fireworks get started early as the crew try to survive amid a barrage from a relentless enemy. Langford lays out the dreary picture for Sasha and Elbus as existentialism takes a backseat to some high-powered science fiction action.

REVIEW: 'Swords of Sorrow: Pantha & Jane Porter' One-Shot by Emma Beeby and Rod Rodolfo

★★★★★ (5/5)
I'm not even going to sugarcoat it, 'Swords of Sorrow: Pantha & Jane Porter' one-shot is an unapologetic thrill ride from beginning to end. It provides just enough character development to recognize who's who but when our leading ladies aren't going toe-to-toe with each other they're battling Purgatori and a monster-filled London. Buckle up, kids, this one is going to be a bumpy ride.

The good folks at Screen Junkies are at it again with their newest installment of Honest Trailers. ★★★★★ (5/5)
After an arduous chase of a thief through the city that left Raven in tough shape she finds respite with old friends as well as the thief herself. 'Princeless: Raven The Pirate Princess' #2 picks up where the first issue left off and the result is a miracle of a story that's funny, uproariously subversive and completely enchanting.

REVIEW: 'Swords of Sorrow: Vampirella & Jennifer Blood' #4 by Nancy Collins and Dave Acosta

★★★1/2 (3.5/5)
'Swords of Sorrow: Vampirella & Jennifer Blood' has been a wild and violent ride. When Jennifer Blood is involved you can expect that and then some. This tie-in mini to the Swords of Sorrow crossover event has been the gritty street level entry mixed with some supernatural elements. The effect on Blood is especially amusing to see her befuddled by it all. Now both she and Vampirella are working together in this action-packed conclusion.

REVIEW: 'Archie' #2 by Mark Waid and Fiona Staples

★★★★★ (5/5)

With Mark Waid writing a charming script and Fiona Staples designing diverse modernized characters 'Archie' #1 was a bonafide hit and love was reignited. Now with issue #2 we get to know these updated Riverdale kids a little better only to find the spirit and essense of what made them fun and endearing still remains true.

REVIEW: 'Postal' #6 by Matt Hawkins, Bryan Hill, and Isaac Goodhart

★★★★☆ (4/5)
Matt Hawkins and Bryan Hill turn over 'Postal' #6 to Momma Shiffron with some important character development and background. The stone-cold mayor of Eden and asshole mother of Mark, has a traumatic history that forged her character long ago. We witness a more vulnerable version of Laura Shiffron and we can't help but feel sympathetic.

REVIEW: 'Burning Fields' #7 by Michael Moreci, Tim Daniel, Colin Lorimer and Joana Lafuente

★★★★☆ (4/5)
As the ending of 'Burning Fields' nears, Aban and Dana have to survive an onslaught of zombies and prepare themselves to take on Decker to avoid a cataclysmic event. It's a white knuckle beginning to the penultimate issue as it slowly transitions to an existential discussion and a revealing Dana backstory. It's these type of ebbs and flows in the storytelling that feeds your more primal needs for action and violence countered with deeper interactions between characters that have made 'Burning Fields' the best drama in comics.

'The Flash' Season 2 Teaser Provides a Glimpse of Atom Smasher
