Archie Comics September 2016 Solicitations


Archie Comics continues to reenergize their line with fresh new versions of classic characters. The latest title to get a makeover is 'Josie and the Pussycats.' They'll make their debut in September with Marguerite Bennett and Cameron Deordio as co-writers and Audrey Mok on art. It follows Archie's other revamped titles like 'Archie,' 'Jughead,' and horror line of 'Afterlife with Archie' and 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.'There's also a new 'Betty & Veronica' on the way with Adam Hughes. REVIEW: 'Bonehead' #2 by Bryan Edward Hill, Rhoald Marcellius, and Sakti Yuwono

Bryan Hill pumps the brakes a little in the follow up to the fast-paced debut of 'Bonehead' with more great world building. The mystery surrounding Bonehead 56 deepens but we at least get some backstory and details about what his arrival means for a pair of brothers with opposing viewpoints.
